Lyuboslav Blagoev is a managing partner of Ardes Finance Ltd., a financier and engineer with more than 40 years of experience and extensive experience in machine building, industrial and graphic design, marketing, company management and project management. He has a good relationship with state, banking, financial and other institutions.
Well known for his erudition, positivism and rapid providing of sound expert opinion, Mr. Blagoev is a valuable adviser and partner in solving оn most intricate cases. He works as a business consultant, as well as on European grant programs for the financing of natural and legal persons in the field of industry and agriculture.
Before founding Ardes Finance, Lyuboslav Blagoev worked as a freelance consultant. During his career, he has gone through a number of large state-owned enterprises. Beginning as a design engineer, he gradually climbed the organizational structure, reaching the most responsible management positions - Head of Marketing and Sales Director at NPO KAM, and later Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the largest offset printing works of the Balkans and part of Bulgartabac Holding – „Plovdiv - Yuri Gagarin BT“ AD - the fourth largest company in the region of Plovdiv.
Lyuboslav Blagoev holds a Master's degree in Economics with a degree in "Organization and Management of International Engineering Activities", with a diploma from UNWE - Sofia, Bachelor of Industrial Design and master engineer from the HEU – Sofia. Since June 2017, he has been awarded the title of "Certified Financial Consultant" ("CFC®") and is a member of the IDFC, and his name and contacts are publicly disclosed on the IDFC web site - http://idfk.org.

Asen Delchev is a lawyer, a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association, participates in the Disciplinary Court. He deals with commercial law. Stanislav Prodanov is a lawyer, member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since 2004. In the period 2004 - 2010, he worked in the media and print magazines as Chief Legal Officer of the largest media press outside the capital. He has completed a full legal service to all press releases - advertising, real estate, printed and Internet publications and others in several cities of the Republic of Bulgaria. He graduated in 1999 a course in International Private Law at the Summer Academy of the International Court of Justice in The Hague. He deals with civil law and mostly works in the field of commercial and bond issues. Since 2017 he has been a certified mediator to the Bulgarian Association of Mediators.
